Membership
My badge has not appeared.
Sign in, verify the wallet that holds CRSN and refresh membership. A public address lookup alone does not prove ownership. Listener requires at least 34 million CRSN on Ethereum mainnet.
The site says my wallet is linked elsewhere.
Use the same ChatGPT account you used for the original verification. A wallet can belong to one site account at a time. If needed, unlink it in the original account before linking it again.
I held enough tokens before, but a room is locked now.
The server checks the current wallet balance. A transfer or sale can lower eligibility. Proof also expires after up to seven days. Reverify if requested, then refresh membership.
Do liquidity tokens count toward my badge?
No. The member service checks CRSN itself in the linked wallet. A Uniswap liquidity position is a separate asset and does not count toward the tier threshold.
Wallet
CRSN is missing from my wallet’s asset list.
Check the exact address, Ethereum mainnet and the CRSN contract in the public holder tools. If the network balance exists, consult your wallet provider’s token-display instructions. A missing icon or dollar quote does not erase an on-chain balance.
The wallet shows ETH, but the transaction cannot use it.
Confirm which network holds the ETH. An address can show separate balances on Ethereum and other networks. The CRSN token and pool are on Ethereum mainnet. Leave enough Ethereum ETH for the actual network fee.
The wallet message was cancelled or expired.
Return to Members and start verification again. Read the new message in your wallet before approving it. A challenge lasts five minutes and can only be used once. Do not enter a recovery phrase into the site.
Music
The vault is empty.
No eligible recording has been published for your tier. The vault does not generate music automatically. No release schedule is promised; published recordings will appear in the member area.
A track disappeared or will not play.
Refresh your membership and retry. The owner may have unpublished the track, your eligibility may have changed, or a temporary service issue may prevent playback. Do not send tokens to anyone claiming a payment is needed to repair access.
Can I download, sample or repost a private track?
The standard membership permission is personal listening. It does not grant redistribution, sampling or commercial-use rights. Additional permissions would need to be supplied explicitly by the relevant rights holders.
Moderation
How do I report a room message?
Use Report on the message and give a short, specific reason. Do not include secrets. The project owner can review reports, hide messages and restrict or restore member accounts.
My account was restricted.
The restriction is a community moderation decision. It does not transfer or freeze your CRSN tokens. The owner can restore access. Restricted accounts cannot bypass a restriction by unlinking the wallet.
Markets
Why does a badge cost more to buy than its reference value?
A spot value uses the pool’s current ratio. A purchase changes that ratio, especially in a small pool. The badge quantities are fixed token amounts, not fixed dollar checkout prices. Try the interactive lab to see the difference.
Is CRSN listed on Coinbase Exchange or the major trackers?
A token held in Coinbase Wallet is not automatically listed on Coinbase Exchange. No accepted CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap listing is claimed. Use the verified Uniswap route and project records to identify the token.
